dark chocolate
chopped

heavy cream

butter

Instructions
Add heavy cream to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
Pour over the chopped chocolate and butter. Allow to sit for a few minutes.
Begin stirring in the center, once the chocolate and cream start to emulsify you can make larger circles while stirring. Stir until completely mixed.
